| Richard Lenart Richard Lenart has worked with various investment groups in the past, including The Carley Group, Hiegel Group, and Network Concepts. He has managed numerous companies in a variety of sectors, helped turn around under-managed companies, and has assisted various small businesses for more than 30 years. Mr. Lenart has developed Annual Operating Budgets and quarterly updates establishing financial goals and objectives of the organization. He has managed the accounting function, has implemented cost control programs to meet budgets, including assisting in negotiations with suppliers and working with production departments to reduce costs, He has worked with both internal and external auditors. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Lenart was certified in 1975. He received his MBA from Baylor University in 1973
