| David Wicker David Wicker joined the company in early 2007. A dedicated, energetic and impassioned leader, he is involved in every aspect of the company’s operation including financial and administrative oversight, negotiation of distribution agreements, product design and development, human resources, sales management, customer relations and product manufacturing. Mr. Wicker was President and Chief Executive Officer of Orion Consulting, Inc., a company he founded in 1983. While with Orion, he built the organization into a leading information technology consulting firm with more than 200 employees serving Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller, up-and-coming businesses. At Orion, he built the company into a premier organization in the marketplace with a strong reputation for exceptional-quality consultants and high-caliber project deliverables. Orion was also recognized for first-class customer service. He sold that company to SSi International in 2000. Orion Consulting was honored as one of the “50 Fastest Growing Companies” in the Twin Cities in 1997, 1998 and 1999. The company was also recognized by the Greater Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce with its “Quality of Life” Award in 1998 for building an effective and highly regarded corporate culture and organization. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems, Mr. Wicker was recognized as a “40 Under 40” Twin Cities business leader by the Twin Cities Business Journal in 1998 and has remained an active community leader. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Children’s HeartLink, an international medical charity providing free cardiac care to needy children around the world, and previously served as Chairman of the Children’s Heartlink Board for three years. He also founded and presides over the Wicker Family Foundation established to meet the needs of selected non-profit organizations around the world. He is a former member of TEC International, a network of innovative CEOs from around the world, and is a former President of the Twin Cities FOCUS User Group. Mr. Wicker resides in Grant, Minnesota, with his wife Mary, and
their two children.
