Hi Jen [Chapin] -

Just purchased the Songs of My Father disc and absolutely love your cover of Harry's tune. My kids have been listening to it all day as well (they're 13, 11 and 8) they'd never heard the song before, and they can't get enough of it (especially my son).

I then went out and bought Harry's "Live Stories" disc. Man, I miss his music and spirit. I was 21 when he died, and I remember crying when I heard the news. I'd never met him yet I felt like I knew him all my life.

He reminded me so much of another of my favorite singer/songwriters, Steve Goodman, who also left this world too soon.

Anyway just thought I'd drop you a note. Your dad would be so proud of you.
